Hagen Hübel
Serial technical founder.
I turn ideas into companies. Not in theory — I've done it six times, each one starting alone. First customers, product-market fit, team, investors, exit. Then I do it again.
Between ventures I work with other founders — as a technical co-founder, advisor, or consulting partner. I bring the full cycle: building a product people actually want, growing the team that delivers it, and navigating the business decisions along the way.
“A good idea is worth nothing without a product. A product is worth nothing without customers. I build both.”
Starting from zero
Every venture I've built started alone — no team, no funding, no customers. I find the first users, validate the product, and prove the market before scaling anything.
Building the team
Once product-market fit is clear, I bring in the right people. I've built dev teams, marketing teams, and leadership layers — and I know the difference between hiring too early and too late.
Advisor & sparring partner
Between ventures I work with founders, investors, and acquirers. For founders I bring the full cycle — idea, product, team, growth. For investors and acquirers I do technical due diligence: assessing codebases, architecture, and engineering teams before a deal closes.
